About Magnolia

A scenic abode with the Western Ghats as a backdrop.

The current owners of Magnolia constantly strive to preserve the rich local heritage of the plantation and the surrounding nature as well.

The original plantation house is a perfect example of the harmonious blend of Colonial and Coorgi architecture and currently houses Magnolia’s restaurant, Peppervine.

Other precious heritage buildings include the reception and first set of cottages; formerly the warehouse and labor quarters, respectively.

Nestled in a lush, 100-acre coffee plantation.

Magnolia is the ideal place for a tranquil, socially-distanced holiday, offering you infinite space to explore.

Along the trails, you might spot several species of exotic birds including kingfishers, drongos, and even hornbills.

Keep an eye out for cascading blooms of dew-tipped orchids, spilling from the branches of tall, moss-covered trees.

The Name ‘Magnolia’.

A fragrant white blossom perched on a tall tree, the blooming magnolia flower is the perfect symbol of the peaceful getaway that the estate offers guests.
